Proponents of the bill include The Motion Picture Association of America, US Chamber of Commerce, and surprisingly the International Association of Firefighters, who say that piracy saps the tax dollars that support emergency services. Opponents of the bill include Google, Facebook, and a variety of progressive groups who say the bill limits freedom of speech to tea party groups who say it makes the government's reach too vast.
